Shipping

We ship by carrier to the zones shown at checkout. The shipping cost is based on the order weight and shown before you pay. When your order ships you receive the tracking number.

Delivery days

On announced delivery days we deliver in person at the stated places and times, with no shipping cost.

Returns

You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase, except for perishable goods or goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons (Decree-Law 24/2014). Please email us before returning anything.
